Accommodation

For the upcoming IAM FAME, Inc. research presentations, accommodation and venue details are specific to your assigned track and the final program schedule. As you noted, it is essential to monitor your confirmation email and the official website at iamfame.uno for real-time updates.
Based on the association's standard protocols, here is a summary of the accommodation and venue landscape:
1. Venue Information
  • Primary Physical Venue: Most in-person sessions for the International Research Conference in Education are held in New York City, Las Vegas, or Chicago. These locations are chosen for its proximity to major transportation and the association’s partner institutions.
  • Virtual Venue: If you are presenting virtually, your “venue” is a secure Zoom or Google Meet link. This link is typically sent in your final registration confirmation or found in the downloadable Conference Presentation Program on the website.
  • Actual Event Place: Some specialized tracks or workshops may be held at off-site partner locations. Always refer to the room number and building address listed on your Official Acceptance Letter.

  • Confirmation for Visa: If you are an international traveler, do not book non-refundable accommodation until you have received your Official Invitation/Acceptance Letter (issued after the $100 deposit).
3. Verification Steps
  • Website Updates: The “Research & Publications” and “Events & News” section of iamfame.uno is the authoritative source for sudden venue and conference date changes or hotel block announcements.
